While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical issues that temporarily affect availability.

You agree NOT to:

• Share or resell course content without authorization
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise security
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or trials
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Scrape or extract data from the platform
• Use automated tools or bots without permission

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Platform Content

All content on DimenAxis (courses, videos, materials, designs, logos, trademarks) is owned by DimenAxis or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal educational purposes only.

5.3 User Content

By submitting content (assignments, projects, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content for platform operation and improvement.

6. Payments & Refunds

6.1 Course Fees

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect existing enrollments.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You: Can close your account at any time from account settings
• Us: May suspend or terminate your access for violations or legal reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation and mediation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
